Acceptance
By accessing or using the AISheetLogic website, digital products, or any related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Service Description
AISheetLogic ("we," "us," or "our") sells instant digital downloads: spreadsheet templates for Excel, Google Sheets, and Apple Numbers, bundles of those templates, and an AI formula prompt pack. These are planning tools. Figures they calculate are planning estimates, not financial, tax, credit, or investment advice. We may also send product updates and marketing communications. Service availability, pricing, and features may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense our templates, bundles, or prompts except as we expressly allow
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
- Use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission
Payment & Refunds
Products are instant digital downloads. You pay the price shown at checkout. Nothing is shipped. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them. We may change pricing with notice where required by law.
Because delivery is immediate, sales are generally final. If a file doesn't open or work, or you bought the wrong item or a duplicate, email hi@aisheetlogic.com within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full. The same terms are on the refunds page.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and branding on the Service (including spreadsheet templates, bundles, the prompt pack, logos, and site design) are owned by AISheetLogic or our licensors. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased materials for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms. You may not remove copyright or other proprietary notices.
Disclaimers
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. Spreadsheet templates are planning estimates, not financial advice. Prompts are for general informational use; results from AI tools depend on many factors and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISheetLogic and its officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. We do not accept a fixed monetary liability cap under these Terms, but we will provide commercially reasonable support and good-faith efforts to help resolve Service-related issues. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AISheetLogic and its officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including your email subscription or account, if any) at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Effective date" at the top. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the Service where required by law. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
