    Add the event name, type, date, total budget, currency and guest count. Split the budget across categories with a % column: 11 are filled in, and you can use up to 16.

    List what you are paying for and the price once it is booked, then add each deposit with its due date. Anything overdue turns red.

    Track your guests

    Keep up to 250 guests with an age group (adult, teen or child), RSVP, meal and table. The counts for the caterer add up for you.
